This page states the "Terms and Conditions" of MECHANICAL PANTOMATH’s online payment process for enrollment of Online Test Series. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, please do not continue with this process. By using this process, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MECHANICAL PANTOMATH may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this post. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are obligatory for you. MECHANICAL PANTOMATH provides an online payment process to support students on its website and takes due care to ensure that it operates correctly.
MECHANICAL PANTOMATH’s online payment process is linked to the payment gateway of RAZORPAY, a reputed Payment Gateway in India. User information entered during the process is kept secure and confidential and will not be divulged to third parties.
All payment is to be done in INDIAN CURRENCY only.
MECHANICAL PANTOMATH will not be held responsible for any damages the user suffers as a result of using the payment process. The User agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, save and hold MECHANICAL PANTOMATH harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may arise or result from any technical failure or incorrect use of the online payment process.

Payment Failures:

For any failures in online payment and in case, the amount gets deducted from your saving/current account and not credited in MECHANICAL PANTOMATH’s account before the transaction is complete. MECHANICAL PANTOMATH is not responsible for any refunds. In this case, students should first contact the Bank and then MECHANICAL PANTOMATH to clarify the same.

Failure to pay the fees:

In case the enrollee registers successfully, but the online payment is not successful, his/her enrollment will stand canceled without any further notification.

Refund & Cancellation:

The fee for Online Test Series is non-refundable & admission will not be canceled, as we are providing a free demo test.

Connectivity Issues:

We had deployed the best and tested servers to provide high-speed and uninterrupted services, kindly check your system or internet configuration for speed/connectivity-related issues.
Note: Terms and Conditions for online credit card/debit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subjected to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time of the transaction by the government.
